Since commencing
operations in 1980 from a 400 sq metre factory,
Hycraft Furniture has gone from strength to strength
and now, over 29 years later, manufactures quality
hand finished bedroom furniture from its 7,150 sq
metre factory in Dandenong, Victoria. As our
business has grown, we have continually reinvested
in new plant, personnel and equipment. We have a
loyal and skilled workforce, a number of whom have
been with the company since inception 29 years ago,
including apprentices.
As an Australian manufacturer, Hycraft is proud of
its reputation and continues to provide exclusive
ranges for prestigious retailers which include
Snooze, Harvey Norman, Domayne, Bed Shed, Bev-Marks
and Forty Winks.
Based on Hycraft’s experience in the sleep system
industry, Hycraft was selected by BICO of
Switzerland as their preferred distributor for their
range of technologically advanced mattresses. These
are available exclusively from Snooze.
In recent years, the Italian company Nottinblu, has
appointed Hycraft to distribute their premium range
of mattresses and motorised support systems in
Australia.
Finally, to complete their extensive product
offering, Hycraft has recently launched the Dormé
brand. A high quality imported bedroom furniture
range managed by Hycraft to meet its exacting
standards.
The Hycraft business has been built on the basic
principles of quality product, reliable delivery
times, sensitive distribution and service. In fact,
