WARRANTY

Hycraft Furniture Pty. Ltd. (here in after referred to as “The supplier”) is proud that its associated brands are made to the highest industry standards. The various 10/5/3/2 year Hycraft conditional warranty, (dependent on brand) is backed by an experienced technical support and customer service team upholding the tradition of quality products. The Warranty covers faulty materials, faulty workmanship and structural defects. In accordance with the Trade Practices Act 1974 accidental or intentional damage or neglect is not covered by the warranty period specified.

commencing on the date the item was delivered or collected from Hycraft Furniture’s warehouse to the purchaser.
BICO Mattresses BICO Mattresses 10 year warranty commencing on the date the item was delivered or collected from Hycraft furnitures’s warehouse to the purchaser.
Nottinblu Mattresses 10 year warranty commencing on the date the item was delivered or collected from Hycraft’s warehouse to the purchaser.
Nottinblu Pillows 3 year warranty from date of purchase from supplier, Hycraft Furniture Pty. Ltd.
 

 
BICO GUARANTEE
10 YEARS ON MATTRESSES

BICO offers a 10 year guarantee on this product. If service is required during the first 10 years from purchase, due to defects in workmanship and materials, your mattress will be repaired free of charge other than transportation costs. If identical materials are not available at the time of service, the manufacturer may substitute materials of a comparable quality. It is normal for all mattresses to show some body impressions as the upholstery settles. This is unavoidable and is not an indication of any structural failure, therefore it is not covered by this guarantee. A bed that is not suitable to your comfort (i.e. too hard or too soft) is not a manufacturing fault.

The cost of freight will be borne by the manufacturer for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase. After the first twelve months, freight will be payable by the purchaser.

Your BICO sleep system shall be repaired or replaced at BICO and/or Hycraft’s option.

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not restrict or modify any guarantee or condition implied or any right to recourse against the manufacturer conferred by the Trade Practices Act (as amended) or any relevant State Act.

 
NOTTINBLU GUARANTEE


10 YEARS ON MATTRESSES
2 YEARS ON MOTORISED UNITS AND ELECTRICAL PARTS.


Hycraft Furniture Pty Ltd offer a full 10 year guarantee on Mattresses, 2 years on motorised units and electrical parts against faulty workmanship and or faulty materials commencing on the date the item was delivered or collected from Hycraft’s warehouse to the purchaser. This guarantee does not extend to normal wear and tear, or damage caused by abuse, misuse or negligence. Failure to comply with manufacturer’s care and maintenance instructions may void the warranty.

During the warranty period, if Hycraft is satisfied that material or workmanship is faulty, it will replace the item at its option. However the guarantee period will not be extended or changed as a result of repair or replacement under the terms of this guarantee or otherwise. Hycraft will cover transport costs arising from repair or replacement of item under the terms of this guarantee during the first 12 months of the guarantee period. After 12 months transportation costs are to be met by the purchaser.

Hycraft reserves the right to substitute material of equal quality on the particular item being repaired or replaced if identical material is not available at the time of repair or replacement.

The guarantee DOES NOT apply if:

1. Bedding upon manufacturers inspection is found to be in an unsanitary condition.
2. When product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or materials, such as bent or broken castors or legs, loose T-nuts inside base, caused by castor legs not having been kept sufficiently tight.
3. The purchaser does not give the manufacturer notice of the defect within 30 days of its discovery.
4. The mattress is used on a slat type foundation, where the slats are more than 8 cm. apart.
5. The original purchaser sells, leases or otherwise parts with possession of the product and therefore, you should
retain your retail docket as proof of purchase.
6. The completed guarantee registration card does not reach the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase.
7. The mattress cover is damaged in any way by defective timber or metal slats.
8. The mattress is used on a slat type foundation which does not supply even support.
9. The mattress is used on a slat type foundation which does not supply adequate support in the centre.
10. Folding, bending, standing on or jumping on the mattress puts excessive strain on the component parts and can damage the mattress and foundation.
